Formed by ten founding members, involved in the short term rental industry. This was in response to the recent passage of a new law that makes it illegal to rent an apartment in a multi-unit dwelling for less than 30 days. Members consist of various players in the industry including; landlords, vacation and corporate rental proprietors, real estate brokerage companies, listing websites, and bed and breakfast operators.
